The Resort "Calma - Holiday Villas" is an oasis of tranquility located in the heart of Platja d'Aro, just 150 meters from the sea, making it the perfect destination for those who want to fully enjoy the climate and charm of the Costa Brava. Its privileged location allows guests to easily access, in just 2 minutes on foot, the main attractions of the city, such as the shopping center, the best restaurants, the bustling promenade, and the beautiful beach.

Opened on June 1, 2019, this resort features 20 comfortable two-story houses, all with stunning sea views and convenient proximity to both the sea and the city center. To cool off and relax, guests can enjoy two saltwater pools, one of which is specially designed for the little ones in the family. In addition, the resort offers a restaurant that will delight the most demanding palates, a mini market for last-minute needs, and a spa area for those looking to pamper and relax completely.

The Resort "Calma - Holiday Villas" also has a private parking lot for the guests' convenience, ensuring a worry-free stay. Every detail, from the facilities to the services offered, is carefully designed to guarantee the well-being and tranquility of those who choose us as their holiday destination.

All the houses have a total area of 150 m2 and consist of:

1st floor: kitchen (fully equipped), dining room with access to terrace and patio, bathroom with shower and built-in wardrobe, cabinet for dishes and books, large SAMSUNG TV, sofa bed.

2nd floor: two bedrooms, one with two beds of 90x190 and a desk, the other large one with a KING size bed, with TV and dressing table, as well as the bathroom. From the spacious balcony bedroom with sea views and a staircase leading to a solarium with jacuzzi, shower, sunbeds, and panoramic views.

Thus, each of our houses has its own SPA, as well as satellite TV with multiple channels, individual air conditioning for winter and summer, and an alarm system.
